This article had me at "I logged my activities at 15-minute intervals for the whole year." I have been doing [this kind of time tracking](https://www.thingelstad.com/2018/01/21/in-meetings.html) for three years now but only focusing on my work calendar, and I use my calendar not 15-minute blocks. I found the categories used interesting.
