Andrew Ross Sorkin is a contributor, and now CNBC has signed the NYT gadget reviewer David Pogue as a contributor. Pogue, who has also been a tech correspondent for CBS News, starts Thursday. In addition to his NYT column, and blog, Pogue is a prolific author of "For Dummies" books, having written or co-written tomes on Apple's (AAPL) Macs, Magic, Opera and Classical Music. He also launched the "Missing Manual" series of computer books, which now has 60 titles.Interestingly, this doesn't mean the end of WSJ's Walt Mossberg, whom CNBC says will continue to appear on "Power Lunch." ## Facts - Kind: [Page](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/kinds/page/) ## Same host - [How Steve Jobs Can Fix Apple TV](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/456d8f8dc24c/) (businessinsider.com, December 10, 2007) - [Apple (AAPL) iPhone Goes Corporate, Part 4: Hedge Funds](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/4d04038fd9e4/) (businessinsider.com, December 10, 2007) - [SNEAK PEAK: Tomorrow's Wall Street Journal Cover](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/aa27aae661cd/) (businessinsider.com, December 13, 2007) - [Welcome, Mr. Murdoch: Here's Your Page Views](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/aa951746ae53/) (businessinsider.com, December 14, 2007) - [Jon Stewart Targeting Jan. 7 Return?](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/eec6388aaf39/) (businessinsider.com, December 17, 2007) ## Saved the same week - [Scoble To Leave PodTech, Heading For Fast Company](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/413fac92ce78/) (techcrunch.com, December 12, 2007) - [Guatemala is no 'Paradise' for women and girls](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/477a7f2798fc/) (minnpost.com, December 12, 2007) - [Second-gen iPhone in final phase; Apple TV update planned - report](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/09eee62db73b/) (appleinsider.com, December 12, 2007) - [Life on a Mac - the Grass is Greener](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/30e09f333400/) (simpable.com, December 12, 2007) - [Dow Jones Shareholders Set To Approve Sale To News Corp.](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/966b25cbf782/) (gigaom.com, December 12, 2007) ## Elsewhere - Wayback Machine: https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.businessinsider.com/2007/12/cnbc-signs-david-pogue-as-contributor
