The truth is, as Facebook nears a billion users worldwide, thats just too juicy a number to ignore. What 8thBridge has done is create a system called Graphite that brings the stores to the people, not the other way around, but do it without creating another cluttered interface full of icons, ads, and other things that will go ignored. They make it seamless, easy to use, and most importantly, make it sharable. 8thBridge recognized the simple fact that people on Facebook are there to express themselves and feel important. ## Facts - Kind: [Page](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/kinds/page/) ## Saved the same week - [Review: Reeder 3 for iPhone](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/8ea51aaa629f/) (shawnblanc.net, June 15, 2012) - [Titan](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/582f08a79567/) (thinkaurelius.github.io, June 15, 2012) - [IOS 6 adjusts metallic button reflections as you tilt your phone](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/485b8935e746/) (theverge.com, June 15, 2012) - [What Facebook Knows](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/cf0e6aaaecf6/) (technologyreview.com, June 15, 2012) - [An Interview with Paul Ford and Gina Trapani](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/3c433adbf5f9/) (inthelibrarywiththeleadpipe.org, June 15, 2012) ## Elsewhere - Wayback Machine: https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.smallbiztechnology.com/archive/2012/06/social-shopping-f-commerce-made-simple-with-graphite-from-8thbridge.html/
