There is a lot of wisdom here.\n\nI would add to it the idea of creating multi-dimensionality in an organization. You can make a structure very robust by making sure that there are as many overlapping support structures as possible, without causing confusion or conflict in those dimensions. By having a social dimension in addition to a process dimension, you create a more robust organization.",
