"title": "5 Things I Learned From 30 Days of Gratitude",
"note": "Rockwell kept a gratitude journal for 30 days and saw a lot of value. He has 5 recommendations to pursue this.\n\n> 1. Gratitude is disproportionately beneficial.\n> 2. Aim low.\n> 3. Gratitude shifts mindset.\n> 4. Modeling increases confidence.\n> 5. Modeling expands credibility.\n\nI have dabbled with this practice multiple times, and I have found it to be a positive experience. But, I've never been able to keep it going for more than a couple of weeks. This experience gives me fuel to keep pushing on this. I have found Greg Bell's [What's Going Well](https://www.gregbellspeaks.com/wgw) framework to be the easiest to use. Perhaps a good New Year Resolution?",
