I believe this is a fact. Consider the fact that most technology companies are currently successful with information, systems, capabilities that didn’t exist a decade ago. If you aren't learning, you're failing, slowly. This article presents a compelling and systematic way to look at the "Facilitating Factors" that make for learning companies. And then, the "Learning Orientations" that are considerations for "what & where" learning occurs.
