## What Jamie wrote

I’m excited about this new series of articles that we are sharing internally with TeamSPS and on our SPS Technology blog called **I’m Here**.

> “I’m Here” is a new initiative that SPS Technology is launching to strengthen our culture, improve diversity, and become a more inclusive organization. We will feature “I’m Here” stories to share experiences and perspectives from volunteers across our teams.

The first one is from [Amanda Swan](https://www.linkedin.com/in/amandalswan/) and is a great read.
