I've shared with many people that I dislike the word "utilized" and it’s all about using plain language. Used is a fine word and I have yet to find a case where utilized was necessary over the more pedestrian used. This checklist is a good one to revisit language in your writing. I don't know what to think of the fact that this is a US Government website? 🤷♂️
