Building a data-driven culture and organization is something I've been thinking about a lot lately. I think I know the basic ways to get that into technology organizations pretty well, but successful companies now have to get that culture organization wide and the technology team plays an important leadership role in doing that. This writeup has some good fundamentals to consider.
