  "note": "Two things about this struck me. First, I have found that as I get older alcohol affects me more than ever. Just a beer or two, and the next day I feel less energy. I don't feel a need to specifically goal this, but tracking alcohol and affects is an interesting thing. I installed the [Less App](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/less-alcohol-tracker/id1484828892) to give it a try. It is very well designed and I like how it is just focused on one thing. The second thing about this is how I admire what [Kevin Rose](https://www.kevinrose.com) is doing with this app, Less, as well as Oak, his meditation app, and Zero, his intermittent fasting app. He seems to be taking his product passions and focusing it squarely on creating solutions that help improve people. Nice!",
