I like this a lot. It is a solid list.

1. Don’t celebrate the misfortune of others.
2. Don’t belittle incompetence.
3. Don’t manipulate people with compliments.
4. Don’t repeatedly talk about the failures and offenses of others.
5. Don’t affirm high performing jerk-holes.

I would add a couple more, but this is a solid place to focus.
