"note": "I’m a big fan of the Shortcuts app. I was an avid user of it when it was still called Workflow before Apple bought it and baked it right into iOS and iPadOS, and then brought it to all the platforms.\n\n> Saving time is just one reason I like throwing my time into creating these (sometimes) small digital hammers. Another is because, at this point, all my digital problems look like little digital nails, just waiting to be tapped into place with a few well-placed Shortcuts actions.\n> \n> But mostly, it just lights up my brain in a way that few other things do.\n\nI feel very similar to Blundy. I don't have as many Shortcuts, but I use multiple shortcuts every single day. The biggest example is [how I build the Weekly Thing](https://www.thingelstad.com/2023/09/24/how-i-build.html)!\n\nIf I can recommend one tool that you may not be using but probably should — it would be Shortcuts.",
