Scott Danielson is co-founder and CEO of CareWire Inc., a startup thats developed a text-messaging service to help health providers communicate better with patients. The company was one of 10 startups selected to participate in the Healthbox accelerator program for health IT companies. Its clients include Park Nicollet Health Services and Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Before starting CareWire, Danielson was an executive vice president at UnitedHealth Group Inc.
