This is the model that I have been using in technology organizations for a long time. > This perspective probably comes from years sitting in between operations and product development. I strongly believe that teams should optimize for getting code to production as quickly as possible as well as responding to incidents in production. If you adopt these practices, you will create more value pretty quickly. Particularly notable is the QA gate one. I've coached multiple technology leaders to get rid of that.
