With the wildfires this year I installed Breathable on my phone and have had a widget to keep informed on the Air Quality Index. It has been helpful to better understand how I’m feeling when I’m outside. This article is a good overview of what the AQI number actually is. During some of the fires this summer the AQI in our area peaked over 200.
