It seems PayPal decided that was far too great to not do too. I logged into my account and sure enough I have this Personalized Shopping feature defaulted to on. I've corrected that and reviewed the rest of my privacy settings.\n\nIt seems to be a best practice that once or twice a year you need to audit your privacy settings on these services.",
