# LR2/Mogrify update to version 4 - Host: [lightroom-news.com](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/hosts/lightroom-news.com/) - Saved: September 30, 2009 (2009-10-01T00:26:17Z) - Record: https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/e34315d01159/ - JSON: https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/e34315d01159.json ## From the page (probably an excerpt, not Jamie's words) Timothy Armes has just released version 4.00 of LR2/Mogrify – his Lightroom plugin for adding watermarks, text annotations and borders to exported images (among lots of other things). This version adds quite a few features that users have been asking him for: There’s a new “Canvas” section for placing the (resized) image onto a fixed size canvas. Useful when images have to have a fixed size but you don’t wish to crop them (such as for sending them to photo labs or displaying them on a digital projector). Multiple different watermarks may now be added to an image. PNG watermarks may now be scaled proportionally. Watermarks can now be specified as a percentage of the width or height of the image while preserving the aspect ratio. Horizontal/Vertical insets now work in each of the nine watermark positions. The limit of 3 text annotations has been removed – add as many as you want. Fixed a recent bug that stopped TIFF’s being exported in 8-bit mode. Fixed a recent bug that stopped borders having no width or height. ## Facts - Kind: [Page](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/kinds/page/) ## Same host - [Mark Hamburg leaves Adobe](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/c98ae9f38261/) (lightroom-news.com, April 25, 2008) - [Adobe Lightroom Exchange](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/4574722f5238/) (lightroom-news.com, June 10, 2008) - [LR/Enfuse V3.00 announced](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/ea4b1f3afbbb/) (lightroom-news.com, September 1, 2008) - [George Jardine on Lightroom 3 Workflow](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/ef0640274a7e/) (lightroom-news.com, July 9, 2010) - [Web Site Publisher Pro](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/0461a46b7f92/) (lightroom-news.com, November 25, 2010) ## Saved the same week - [Within the Frame](https://links.thingelstad.xyz/links/b3184b3819f9/) (nickpotter.net, September 30, 2009) - [Questions on shooting video with DSLRs?
