This recent essay from Graham has gotten a ton of attention. There are good parts, and in general I prefer Tobi Lütke perspective on this focusing on "legitimacy". I shared this in [Weekly Thing 236](https://weekly.thingelstad.com/archive/weekly-thing-236-chatgpt-reading-legitimacy/). Founders have "legitimacy" that allows them to operate differently. Graham's take is too reductive in my view. This is good, that is bad. It isn't as simple as that in my experience.
