With his promotion to Xcel Energy Inc. CEO earlier this week, Ben Fowke also received a substantial pay raise.
Minneapolis-based Xcel (NYSE: XEL) reported to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday that Fowke will be paid an annual base salary of $1.1 million.
