They don’t – or at least they shouldn’t. Both teams are responsible for the growth and stability of the company, for revenue and scalability. Neither can succeed without the other.\n\nHe is spot on about this, and the idea that pushing both ways will somehow create more is so low value that it doesn't even show up on a scale compared to the value of an aligned team, all focused on winning.",
