## What Jamie wrote

Lovely essay emphasizing the artisanal effort put into making a feature work in the best way possible. I had to re-read when I hit the line "So… I commissioned a custom map." What? The extreme number of iterations put into making this user experience delightful is impressive and a good peek into what goes into making a truly remarkable experience a reality.
