Hi everyone! The 5th Annual Picnic Music+Arts Festival will take place on Saturday, August 25, 2012! This juried indie craft fair will be held outdoors at Lincoln Park on Congress and Franklin Streets, in Portland ME. The festival will run from 11am to 6pm, rain or shine.
