## What Jamie wrote

Halide is by far my favorite "upgraded" camera application for the iPhone. it has many pro level features, but is still easy to work. This new Mark II version looks great. if you are looking to take your photography further on your iPhone Halide is the first step. Also [MacStories Halide Mark II Review](https://www.macstories.net/reviews/halide-mark-ii-review-the-convenience-of-computational-photography-and-flexibility-of-raw-in-an-elegant-camera-app/) is a good writeup. I so wish you could change the default camera application in iOS similar to what you can do for Mail and Web browser now. Having Halide be the thing that launches when I long press the camera button on the lock screen would be a huge win. 📷
